Returns Policy
At Scrapsidaisy, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind
We happily accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund (excluding original shipping charges).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
How to Return an Item
Please email us at hello@scrapsidaisy.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide the return address and next steps.
